An Atlantic Seaboard haven
Located on the ever-popular Mouille Point strip, this apartment was reconceptualized to take advantage of its spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean in the front, and its unobstructed Table Mountain views at the back.
Careful consideration was given to maximize the space of this luxury 2-bedroom apartment through structural and aesthetic choices. Enclosing the balcony with seamless stacking windows, incorporating a timber ceiling finish and incorporating modern lighting transformed the space into a Cape Town apartment of note.
Phase Three collaborated with Framework Design on this remodel in Mouille Point.
