As a third-generation builder, Neill is detail orientated, methodical and an excellent negotiator. Over his 12 years of experience, particularly in the development sector, he has invested in excellent relationships with a network of trusted contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
While Nick’s experience in both construction and development led him to the position of partner and operations director at Phase Three Development Company, his passion is on-site project management.
Glenn is a meticulous contracts director who goes beyond his supervisory duties to ensure that quality construction and high standards of workmanship are met.
Matt has been working in the residential construction industry in London for the last 15 years, and has swiftly worked his way up the ranks into his senior management position at Phase Three.
Walter De Swardt
Chief Financial Officer
Walter is a qualified accountant and tax practitioner with a drive for success. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at the University of the Free State and uses his solution-oriented mindset to lead our team.
Mo is a carpenter by trade and studied Construction Management at CPUT. Having worked within leading companies such as Westcape Construction and CD Hare Construction, Mo’s project managing skills are unsurpassed.
Ivan is an experienced Project Manager who has worked across Africa. His portfolio of work includes exclusive Atlantic Seaboard homes as well as a number of luxury hotels including the Radisson Blu in Gabon and Togo and the Beacon Isle Hotel in Plettenberg Bay.
Taahir has been part of construction since a very early age. He started his career working for Royter Development. Later on, he moved to E & E Interiors where he not only focused on construction work, but also on renovations and ventured into carpentry where he gained a lot of valuable skills. Taahir now works at Phase Three where he combined his skill set and practicality (brick work, plastering, framework and carpentry – just to name a few), with an eye for attention to detail to ensure the success of any project given to him.
Cameron qualified with a National Diploma in Civil Engineering at CPUT and started his career working for Burger and Wallace Civil Engineering and later joined Otten & Partners to pursue his passion for architectural design. Cameron stepped into the role of project management and has successfully completed several iconic projects for Phase Three.
Lynton obtained his Diploma in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying at CPUT and is currently busy with his advanced diploma in Construction Management part-time. He started his career with low-cost housing projects. He has done renovation/addition projects, like the strand public facility, for The Construction Co. He later joined Base where his journey in residential housing started, and is now doing renovation/addition projects as a foreman for Phase Three.
With 15 years experience in construction and civils, Robert is loyal and easily adapts to new challenges. He has a wealth of contacts within the industry and brings ideas, solutions and manages his team effectively.
With more than 14 years of experience in construction, Antonio’s passion was and always will be to deliver high quality workmanship throughout the construction process.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Jeffrey is a Quantity Surveyor with 5 years of working experience who values ownership of responsibilities in carrying out project objectives. Jeffrey values the “OKR” Objective Key Results system of undertaking tasks.
Junior Quantity Surveyor
Miguel is an enthusiastic and professional Quantity Surveyor possessing a Quantity Surveying degree and two years of experience as a Junior foreman. Miguel is a team player and is passionate about leading a productive and successful team.
Svondo is a passionate individual who has experience in multiple industries. He is a qualified health and safety practitioner and is responsible for our on-site compliance work.
Tamzin has excellent time management skills, organizational skills and has the ability to negotiate the best outcomes for both parties.
Raeefa is self-motivated and eager to learn. She has a Diploma in Business Management and in Financial Management. Applying these valuable skills to the construction industry is her passion.
