Phase Three Construction Company was founded in 2012 with a focus on luxury residential remodels on the Atlantic Seaboard. Today, Phase Three is an industry leader in the development of large-scale residential and commercial projects in and around Cape Town.

Managing Director
As a third-generation builder, Neill is detail orientated, methodical and an excellent negotiator. Over his 12 years of experience, particularly in the development sector, he has invested in excellent relationships with a network of trusted contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Nick Godwin
Managing Director
While Nick’s experience in both construction and development led him to the position of partner and operations director at Phase Three Development Company, his passion is on-site project management.

Eben is a qualified architect and project manager with 27 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked on complex residential and commercial projects. Eben is committed to achieving the outcomes of excellence and meticulous execution of work through process-driven project management and problem-solving.

Chief Financial Officer
Walter is a qualified accountant and tax practitioner with a drive for success. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at the University of the Free State and uses his solution-oriented mindset to lead our team.

Ivan is an experienced Project Manager who has worked across Africa. His portfolio of work includes exclusive Atlantic Seaboard homes as well as a number of luxury hotels including the Radisson Blu in Gabon and Togo and the Beacon Isle Hotel in Plettenberg Bay.

Paul is a seasoned construction manager with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his extensive career, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to quality.

Benjamin February
Construction Manager
With 35 years of experience in construction, Benjamin started his career as a bricklayer for Anglo-American. His career continued with Longworth and Faul and he later pursued independent projects as a building contractor. Today, Benjamin is one of our most trusted Construction Managers at Phase Three Construction.

Frederik Feyt
Construction Manager
Fredrik studied Project Management at America Academy from 2014 to 2017. He has 40 years of construction experience and owned his own construction company for 15 years. He also worked across Africa on Hilton Hotel Developments.

Taahir has been part of construction since a very early age. He started his career working for Royter Development. Later on, he moved to E & E Interiors where he not only focused on construction work, but also on renovations and ventured into carpentry where he gained a lot of valuable skills.

Michael began his career in the construction industry 16 years ago. In 2013, Michael joined JL Painters and Builders, gaining experience in construction and renovation.
