Inspired by the Mediterranean coastline – its romanticism and simplicity – Avenue Deauville exudes an air of quiet luxury.
This noteworthy home brings the utmost sophistication to natural materials and forms. The natural aesthetic was further enhanced by soft architectural edges, and the use of stone, timber, and Cemcrete Satin Screed.
Phase Three Construction collaborated with Marlon Leggat on this new build in Fresnaye, Cape Town.
