Positioned at the top of Fresnaye, this luxury house was elevated from a modest family home into a contemporary designer home featured in the January Issue of SA Home Owner 2021.
A major structural renovation was required to achieve the desired outcome of creating our clients’ dream home. Emphasis was placed on making the home fit for entertaining and showcasing the remarkable views of the Foreshore and Atlantic Ocean. The addition of seamless glass stacking doors, a pergola and an inviting overflow swimming pool merged indoor and outdoor living.
